Scott Sims

Scott Sims is a career military professional with over 27 years of service in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of DevSecOps at NISSC II, Scott has demonstrated expertise in team building, strategic management, and operations within high-pressure environments. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff at the U.S. Air Force Academy and Program Quality Assurance Manager at Jacobs. Scott's education includes pursuing a Doctor of Law and Policy at Liberty University, alongside a Master of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geography from Texas State University.
