Sherry Murphy

Sherry Murphy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in deployment coordination and recruitment, currently serving at Amentum since August 2017. In this role, Sherry supports various CONUS and OCONUS contracts, focusing on human resources functions, employee relations, complex investigations, and candidate management. Prior to Amentum, Sherry held several positions at AECOM, including HR Theater Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included managing HR activities, compliance, and overseeing a diverse workforce of over 2500 employees in Afghanistan. Sherry's expertise spans across HR programs, recruitment, training, and policy development, showcasing a robust commitment to effective human resource management in complex operational environments.
