Stuart Spears

Stuart Spears is an experienced operations and program manager with a robust background in food service management, primarily within military and government operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Amentum since September 2021, Spears previously held the position of Program Manager for Food Service at Amentum following its acquisition of DynCorp International. With over five years at DynCorp International, Spears provided project-level management for extensive food service operations in Afghanistan, overseeing over 800 multicultural employees and multiple dining facilities. Prior experience includes roles such as Food Service Regional Manager at DynCorp, DFAC Manager at KBR Foodservice Equipment, and Dining Facility Manager at Aramark. Spears began a career in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager and owner, establishing a solid foundation in operational oversight and customer service excellence. Educationally, Spears holds an Associate's Degree in Advertising and Commercial Art from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
