Stuart Spears is an experienced operations and program manager with a robust background in food service management, primarily within military and government operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Amentum since September 2021, Spears previously held the position of Program Manager for Food Service at Amentum following its acquisition of DynCorp International. With over five years at DynCorp International, Spears provided project-level management for extensive food service operations in Afghanistan, overseeing over 800 multicultural employees and multiple dining facilities. Prior experience includes roles such as Food Service Regional Manager at DynCorp, DFAC Manager at KBR Foodservice Equipment, and Dining Facility Manager at Aramark.
