Tamara Slipets

Tamara Slipets is an experienced HR professional with a focus on organizational development and recruitment within various sectors, particularly in support of US DoJ initiatives. Currently serving as an HR Coordinator at Amentum since July 2020, Tamara has over seven years of experience in coordinating HR projects for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine, including successful recruitment efforts for the newly established Patrol Police. Previous roles include HR Coordinator positions at SAIC and Engility Corporation, and HR Business Partner at Mriya Agro Holding, where significant organizational changes were implemented. Early career experience includes roles in recruitment and human resources at leading organizations such as Alfa-Bank and Valmi. Tamara is pursuing advanced education with the Executive Education Program at Harvard Kennedy School and the School of Management Program at Kyiv School of Economics, complemented by a degree from Kyiv State Linguistic University.
