Thomas Cooper

Thomas Cooper is an experienced Senior Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager currently working at Amentum since September 2022, following a similar role at Vectrus Systems Corporation from January 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, Thomas held various positions at Alion Science and Technology, the US Navy, and has extensive experience in network operations, satellite communications, telecommunications planning, and electromagnetic spectrum management. Thomas has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ECPI University, completed in 2023, and additional studies at American Military University from 2013 to 2015.
