Troy Ayers has extensive experience in the aviation industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Lead Aircraft Quality Control Inspector at Amentum since December 1995, Troy has held multiple roles including Aircraft Inspector and Modifications at Amentum/Dyn Corp LLC from October 2012 to November 2025. Prior to this, Troy worked at DynCorp Intl DIFZ Honduras as an Aircraft Inspector, Crew Lead, and in Modifications from December 1995 to January 2022. Additional experience includes positions in aviation logistics at Serv Air from November 1993 to November 1995 and as an Aircraft Mechanic at Agusta Aerospace from November 1991 to September 1993.
