Glenn Thames

Glenn Thames is a Senior Technician at Amer-X Security. Glenn has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Glenn started their career as a Level II Technician with ADC in 2000. In 2003, they became an Install Supervisor with Metro Cable. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Field Service Manager for Dish Network. In this role, they were responsible for 11 direct employees and helped train new hires on technical and quality specifications. Glenn also worked with upper management on workload, scheduling, routing and trouble shooting. In 2011, they joined Amer-X Security as a Senior Technician.

Glenn Thames graduated from Cholla High School with a diploma in general studies.

Glenn Thames reports to Tim Peloquin, Operations Manager. They work with Joshua Doss - Support Center Analyst, Cary Horlbeck - Senior Technician, and Jose Almeida - Service Technician.
