Aaron Young

Aaron Young, MBA, currently serves as a Knowledge Management Specialist at Ameren since May 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining governance and associated databases, developing knowledgebase documents, and collaborating with IT on data governance requirements. Prior to this role, Aaron served in various positions with the United States Air Force from November 1999 to August 2021, including Corporate Fellow as a Supply Chain Knowledge Management Specialist and Combat Support Supervisor. Notable contributions include managing teams and resources, overseeing knowledge management for large personnel groups, and providing technical guidance across multiple operating locations. Aaron holds a Master of Legal Studies in Risk Management & Compliance and Human Resources & Employment Law from Texas A&M University School of Law, an MBA in Project Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham, a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, and an Associate's Degree in Information Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
