Daniel Luck

Electrical Engineer

Daniel Luck is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in power generation systems, currently serving as a plant electrical engineer at Ameren's Rush Island coal-fired power plant since January 2008. At Ameren, responsibilities include managing turbine generators, excitation systems, PLC controls, and motor testing, among other duties. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at the Meramec coal-fired power plant, focusing on DCS and PLC controls. Daniel's military experience includes service in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities encompassed the secure transportation of classified materials during critical operations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from both Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, as well as an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Vatterott College.
