Eric Robinson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in digital program and project management, primarily at Ameren since 2001. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Customer Systems, Eric leads a team to drive a significant transformation by migrating Customer Service Representatives to the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring continuous enhancements and support. Previous roles include Manager of Digital Program Management, where Eric oversaw the initial phase of the legacy Customer Service System replacement, and Manager of Digital Portfolio Management, responsible for managing a $50M digital project portfolio. Eric's background also includes several technical positions and a foundation in education as a high school business teacher.
