Eric Whitfield, CEcD, has served as the Director of Economic Development at Ameren since February 2008, focusing on proactive development strategies to drive revenue growth and community engagement. Prior roles included Manager of Economic Development, where leadership was provided to teams in recruiting and supporting businesses, and National Account Manager, where Eric developed relationships with key national customers to enhance service and growth. With a foundation in supply chain operations and technical services, Eric has extensive experience in business development and fostering community partnerships. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
