John Costello has extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as a Project Manager at Ameren since May 2018 and previously managing projects related to application rewrites and rehosting at Technology Partners. John has held various significant roles, including Delivery Manager at TriZetto Provider Solutions, overseeing multiple software development teams, and Scrum Master at Monsanto and Express Scripts, facilitating the delivery of software projects. Previously, John held the position of Product Technology Director for Education Solutions at Elsevier, managing all technology for their electronic education products. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, earned between 1985 and 1987.
