John Crotty, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and management within the power and utility sectors. Currently serving as Supervising Engineer for Standards and Reliability at Ameren since December 2014, John previously held various managerial roles at ABB from June 2007 to May 2014, including Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Design Manager, where responsibilities encompassed production management of large power transformers and the design and development of distribution transformers in Missouri. Earlier in their career, John was a Team Lead in Distribution Engineering at San Diego Gas & Electric from March 2001 to May 2007. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and attended Eastern Illinois University.
