Krista Bauer

Krista Bauer has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Krista is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Ameren, a position they have held since February 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Ameren. Krista also held various leadership roles at Ameren, including Senior Director of Talent Management & Executive Compensation and Director of Talent Management & Executive Compensation. Before joining Ameren, Krista worked at Ameren Corporation as an Organization Development Specialist and HR Compliance Specialist. Throughout their career, Krista has demonstrated expertise in compensation, talent management, and performance management.

Krista Bauer, SPHR holds a Master's of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Krista also completed an MBA program at Webster University. In 2016-2017, they attended the International Women's Forum Fellow's Program and in 2014-2015, they participated in Leadership St. Louis. Additionally, they completed the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge in 2012.
