Michael Norman, MS, CIT, is a seasoned Sr Training Supervisor with over 25 years of experience in power generation, distribution, and safety training. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Law and Political Science from Western Illinois University. Throughout their career, Michael has prioritized building honest relationships that influence Behavior Based Safety and training, while also promoting "Safety Ownership." Before their current role, they served as a Gas and Electric Operations Safety Supervisor at Ameren, and as a Field Safety Specialist at The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company.
