Ryan Ellen

Ryan Ellen, PE, serves as the Senior Director of the Digital Transformation Office at Ameren, leading a team of 18 program management employees and various technology consultants to advance Ameren’s $500 million Digital Transformation portfolio across six major initiatives. With extensive experience in digital financial management and project oversight, Ryan previously managed over 100 personnel in executing a $1.5 billion digital investment portfolio, and successfully coordinated a $450 million advanced metering infrastructure program. Ryan's career includes significant roles at BJC HealthCare, S.M. Wilson and Company, Paric Corporation, and the US Air Force, complemented by an MBA in Finance and Management and a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
