Steven Bott

Steven Bott has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, currently serving as the Manager of the Shared Services Center at Ameren since October 2005. In this role, Bott has led efforts in continuous improvement across various functions including Customer Payments, Payroll, and Accounts Payable. Previous positions at Ameren include Manager of Treasury Technology Services, where Bott managed electronic customer payments and bank reconciliations, and Managing Supervisor of Accounts Payable, where Bott restructured the department and implemented significant reporting systems. Prior to joining Ameren, Bott held the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Forever Enterprises and worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at Mare and Company. Bott holds a Master's degree in Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
