Steven Yates possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Ameren since May 2020, Steven leads efforts in modernizing Workspace One UEM, having held significant roles such as Lead Operations Engineer and Sr. Operations Engineer. Prior to this, Steven spent nearly nine years at Panera Bread, where leadership roles included managing teams of software engineers and overseeing production support, kiosk operations, and platform integration and support. Steven began career at Signature Consultants as an Associate Recruiter after earning a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
