Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Clean Energy Transition at Ameren since October 2001, where leadership is provided for customer-facing electrification and renewable teams to assist customers with sustainability goals. Previous roles at Ameren include Senior Manager of Business Development, Manager of Key Accounts, General Supervisor of Energy Efficiency and Renewables, Project Management Supervisor, Key Account Executive, and Product Supervisor, focusing on building strategic relationships and managing energy efficiency programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Logistics Manager at TRG Group and Business Unit Manager for Hanging File Folders at Esselte. Tom Thompson holds an MBA in Operations Management and a BA in Chemistry, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
