Anna Vardanyants

Anna Vardanyants has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Anna started their career in 2004 as an HR Generalist at Cascade Capital Holdings CJSC, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they joined IAB International Academy of Business as Deputy Director, and held this position until 2008. Since then, Anna has been working at Ameriabank CJSC, initially as an HR Manager for Talent & Performance Management, and later as the Head of Human Resources.
