Armen Shishmanyan is currently the Head of IT Services at Ameriabank CJSC, having previously led the IT Service Desk and Systems Monitoring division. With extensive experience in IT roles across various organizations, including Orian Link, CASCADE INSURANCE ICJSC, and INGO ARMENIA ICJSC, Armen specializes in server management, software troubleshooting, and IT security systems. Armen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Jurisprudence from the Armenian State Pedagogical University, which they completed in 2009.
