Avik Aghajanyan has extensive experience in the IT and engineering sectors, highlighted by roles such as IT Performance Manager at Ameriabank CJSC since July 2025, and previous positions including Backend Developer and Technical Lead at Ucraft from November 2014 to November 2018, and as CTO and Head of Engineering Team at FINCA Armenia between 2012 and November 2014.
