Lusine Aleksanyan

Lusine Aleksanyan has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Lusine began their professional journey in 2015 as a Bookkeeper at G&L Partners, where they worked until 2017. Lusine then joined Megatrans International cargo as an Assistant to the Director from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Ameriabank CJSC, starting as a HR Performance and Talent Management Junior Specialist. Lusine then progressed to the role of HR Performance and Talent Management Specialist from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Lusine holds the position of HR Performance and Talent Management Senior Specialist at Ameriabank CJSC.

Lusine Aleksanyan completed their Bachelor's degree in Business at the American University of Armenia from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they obtained several certifications including The 2019 Rome Business Game from Giovani nel Mondo in March 2019, Model European Union Lisbon 2018 from BETA Portugal - Bringing Europeans Together Association in September 2018, and Future Leaders from Leadership School Foundation in October 2013.
