Milena Ghaplanyan

Milena Ghaplanyan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and customer care. Milena started their career in 2019 as a Customer Care Specialist at Globbing, where they worked until September 2020. In 2020, they joined Ucom as a Technical Support Specialist and stayed with the company until April 2022. Currently, they are employed at Ameriabank CJSC, starting their first role as an IT Support/Systems Monitoring Administrator in April 2022, and then transitioning to the role of IT System Management Administrator in January 2023.

From 2016 to 2020, Milena Ghaplanyan attended the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Management degree. The field of study for their degree was not specified.
