Sirarpi Grigoryan has extensive experience in customer service and business process improvement across various organizations. Notable roles include Customer Experience Enhancement & Business Process Improvement Head at GoodCredit UCO CJSC from February 2020 to June 2021 and Contact Center Head at Ameriabank CJSC since December 2024. Previous positions include leadership roles at VivaCell-MTS and Sales & Customer Care Head at GoodCredit CJSC UCO.
