Sophia Hakobian is a seasoned project advisor and customer experience expert with extensive experience in service quality assurance. From 2007 to 2022, they led the Service Quality Assurance Service at Ameriabank CJSC, where they developed the CRM Unit and initiated various training and quality improvement projects. Currently, Sophia is the owner of spoted.am, an online community for families in Armenia, and is pursuing an Executive Master in Change at INSEAD.
