Yevgenia Umryan has extensive experience in customer service and fraud monitoring within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Fraud Monitoring Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Specialist at Ameriabank CJSC since October 2019, Yevgenia has developed a strong skill set in fraud prevention and customer relations. Prior to this, Yevgenia worked at VTB Bank (Armenia) as a Customer Manager and briefly at Ucom as a Customer Support and Sales Specialist. Yevgenia's career also includes a significant role at Team Telecom Armenia, where responsibilities included serving as a Corporate Sales Senior Specialist and Customer Service Specialist from October 2014 to April 2018.
