Yulia Shahnazarova is an experienced Agile Coach at Ameriabank CJSC, beginning in June 2024. Previously, Yulia served as an IT Project Management Tutor at Armenian Code Academy from August 2022 to August 2024 and held roles as Scrum Master and IT Project Manager at ZERO Systems (Hercules.ai) from January 2023 to May 2024. Yulia has contributed as a guest lecturer on Agile Management at both Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) and COBRAIN-Armenia in October 2023. Prior experiences include being a Scrum Master at Vineti from March 2021 to April 2023, co-founding and managing programs at Prisma Research and Analysis from July 2019 to February 2021, and consulting for USAID and Save the Children International. Yulia's educational background includes a Certificate in Strategic Planning and Management from Stanford University, a Master's degree in Education from The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, and a Certificate of Excellence in Project Management from the American University of Armenia.
