Wendy Emanuelson

Wendy Emanuelson, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Information Security at American Credit Acceptance, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Wendy was the Director of IT Security, Risk, and Enterprise Resiliency at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, where responsibilities included leading enterprise-wide security and risk management initiatives. Wendy's experience also includes serving as Senior Information Security Risk Manager-Global at NGA Human Resources, orchestrating a comprehensive security policy framework across 35 countries, and as Senior Security Engineer, VP at Comerica Bank, focused on enhancing security operations through IT team leadership. Wendy holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance and Cyber Security from Capella University, along with an MS in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems/Network Administration.
