Rick Splinter

Rick Splinter has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rick began their career in 1987 in the Iowa Army National Guard, serving as an Officer in the Signal Corp for ten years. In 1998, they joined GE Capital, where they worked as a Business Analyst and Business Process Analyst, specializing in software system development and process improvement. Rick was also involved in creating department reporting and metrics, as well as enhancing processing speed and availability. After 14 years at GE Capital, Rick joined BMO Financial Group in 2013 as a Strategic Solutions Manager. During their seven-year tenure, they managed a team of business analysts and automation developers, focusing on process improvement and serving as one of the top producers of Lean projects across Operations. In 2021, Rick joined American Equity as a Business Process Analyst.
