Allison Lamazor

Allison Lamazor is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President Human Resources Business Partner at American Express since December 2005. Throughout tenure at American Express, Allison has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President - Chief of Staff & Human Resources Business Partner and Chief of Staff/Director of Business Planning for Global Co-brand Partnerships. Responsibilities included managing day-to-day business priorities and long-term strategic deliverables in collaboration with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as an Assessment & Leadership Development Specialist at Safeway in 2004-2005 and leading assessment and selection processes to enhance talent development.
