Allison Lee

Allison Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and software engineering. From January 2016 to July 2021, Allison served as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium Learning Centers, focusing on building foundational math skills in children. In June 2018, a Software Engineering Internship at Cognition IP involved the introduction of scrum methodologies and the development of a machine learning-based Google Chrome extension. Since August 2019, Allison has been working as a Backend Software Engineer at American Express, contributing to digital acquisition efforts and developing a global onboarding orchestration platform. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Amherst College, where Allison supervised Japanese elementary students, facilitated tours for high school students, and assisted in teaching computer science concepts to first-year students.
