Anna Marrs

Anna Marrs is the Group President of Global Commercial Services and Credit & Fraud Risk at American Express, a position held since September 2018. Additionally, Anna serves on the Board of Directors at DocuSign since June 2023. Prior professional experience includes serving as CEO for ASEAN and South Asia and CEO of Commercial and Private Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, where Anna led significant transformations across 33 countries and achieved turnaround strategies that resulted in operational profitability. Earlier career includes tenure as a Partner in the Banking Practice at McKinsey & Company, where Anna focused on banking strategy and led initiatives in restructuring and regulatory strategy for major financial institutions. Anna holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
