Cece Chang

Cece Chang is currently a Manager in Strategy & Transformation at American Express, having previously held roles such as Analyst in Reporting and Insight and Manager in Strategy & Business Planning at the same company from 2023 to 2024. Before joining American Express, Cece gained experience in various internships, including roles at Capital One as a Senior Associate and Associate in Talent Acquisition and Corporate Compensation, respectively, and at the National Immigration Forum and U.S. Department of State. Cece also served as a Human Resources Summer Intern at PNC and worked as a Research Assistant at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. Cece is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Political Economics and Development, and a minor in Business, at the University of Michigan, where they are on track to graduate with honors.
