Deepak Singhal

Deepak Singhal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial crime risk and reporting, currently serving as a Senior Manager at American Express since October 2018. Prior roles at American Express included Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on financial crime decision science and credit risk modeling for small business portfolios, respectively. Prior to American Express, Deepak held the position of Business Analyst in Commercial Banking at HSBC, where responsibilities included developing automated reporting processes and trade-related regulatory analysis. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd., developing customer analytics models, and a training role at the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons under the Government of India. Deepak holds a Master’s degree in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
