Fabiola Luque

Fabiola Luque serves as the Manager of Payments Consulting EMEA at American Express since July 2025 and is the CEO and Founder of Economía sin Filtro, an initiative aimed at increasing financial literacy and access in Latin America. With significant experience in the fintech sector, Fabiola was a Project Manager - Business Innovation at Worldline, where duties included leading due diligence on financial technologies and fostering startup collaborations. Fabiola also founded the Fintech Club at HEC Paris, establishing strategic partnerships to drive innovation. Previous roles include Investment Advisor at Banco de Crédito BCP and leadership positions at Emerging Rule PBC and APEC, emphasizing economic integration and empowerment.
