Gemma Cook

Gemma Cook (née Browne) is currently the Design & Construction Lead for EMEA at American Express, where they are responsible for major Capex projects across multiple European locations. They have developed innovative designs aimed at enhancing workplace sustainability, accessibility, and wellbeing. Previously, Gemma held positions as an Associate Director at CBRE and JLL, managing significant projects within the commercial real estate sector. Their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace complements their extensive experience in project management and governance development, gained over a career that includes roles in organizations such as sq-m2 ltd and YEP London. Gemma holds a BA in Drama from Loughborough University.
