Jay Ransom

Jay Ransom is currently the Audit Director for Privacy and Financial Crime at American Express, a position they began in 2023. Previously, they held several roles at American Express, including Senior Internal Auditor and Acting Audit Director. Jay served as Society President for the University of Sheffield Management Society from 2010 to 2012, where they facilitated numerous events and secured sponsorships from major organizations. They also have experience as a Swim Safety Coordinator with Croydon Active Paddlers and a Senior Associate in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte UK. Jay holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management and Business Management from the University of Sheffield and an ACA qualification from Kaplan Financial.
