Jessica Sofian

Jessica Sofian has extensive experience in business development and strategic management, particularly within American Express, where they served as Co-Chair of the Women Interest Colleague Network and held various managerial roles, including Director of Business Development and Senior Manager of Corporate Account Development. Across these positions, they drove the growth of corporate and consumer businesses in the Middle East, managed significant budgets, and led initiatives focused on colleague engagement and innovation. Jessica began their career as a Senior Associate Auditor at PwC before pursuing higher education at the American University of Beirut and INSEAD, where they are currently enrolled in multiple degree programs, including a Master of Business Administration.
