Lucy Fenwick is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the International Customer Engagement Network at American Express. Since 2019, Lucy has held various leadership roles within American Express, including Vice President of Europe for the Customer Engagement Network and Director of the Customer Fulfilment Network EMEA. Lucy also contributed as a Board Member for American Express Europe, S.A. and American Express Services Europe Ltd, shaping strategic initiatives within the organization. Prior to these roles, Lucy was the Vice President of Service Delivery for American Express Global Business Travel, leading operations across the UK and Nordics.
