Mark Musser

Mark Musser is currently the Chief Insurance Counsel at American Express Company and serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at AMEX Assurance Company. With a robust background as a business executive and counsel, Mark has concentrated on consumer, insurance, banking, and payment products. They have extensive experience across diverse disciplines, including regulatory affairs and complex claims management, and have held key positions in several prestigious organizations, including Zurich American Insurance Company and Selective Insurance Company of America. Mark earned a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude.
