Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is a Senior Policy Manager at American Express, where they oversee the Fraud Chargeback policy for the Proprietary Issuer and manage global implementation efforts. Previously, they served as a Risk Manager at Vanguard and were integral to developing a leading risk management program in the Retail division. Michael has also held roles at GE Capital and Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance, leveraging their expertise in Six Sigma, risk management, and strategic planning throughout their career. They hold a BA in Economics and an MBA from Arizona State University.
