Monte Jensen is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. As the Compliance Director at American Express from 2004 to 2015, Monte led the Regulatory Relations team and managed compliance interactions with regulatory bodies. Monte also served as Finance Director, where notable achievements included implementing the Banks’ first Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test and supervising capital adequacy initiatives for American Express's U.S. Banks. Earlier in their career, Monte held roles as Operations Accounting Manager at Galileo Processing and Database & Software Manager at Accela, Inc. Monte earned a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
