Penn Chen

Penn Chen is a Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at American Express, where they currently lead initiatives in the financial services sector. Previously, Penn served as a Director and Consultant in Transaction Strategy & Execution at EY-Parthenon from 2020 to 2022, and held various roles including Assistant Vice President at Bank of America and Senior Consultant at Protiviti. Penn’s early career included internships at ChinaVest, Italian Wine Merchants, Hyper Marketing, and Satovsky Asset Management. They are currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business while holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
