Raisa B.

Raisa B. served in various key roles at American Express from 2012 to 2017, culminating as Director of Legal Entity Governance, where they successfully implemented a program to standardize governance across the company's 150 subsidiary entities. They also directed Treasury Controllership, managing cash and debt disclosures, and developed new compliance approaches in their role as Manager of SOX Compliance. Earlier, Raisa worked as a Senior Auditor, overseeing internal audits, and held positions in regulatory exam management and operational risk. Raisa earned a B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College in 2004.
