Ryan Broderick

Ryan Broderick is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience at American Express since August 2005, currently serving as the Director of Forecasting and Capacity Planning. Ryan leads a global team responsible for capacity planning across major business units, including customer engagement and servicing operations, with a focus on optimizing call volume forecasting, capacity planning, and service level outcomes. Previous roles include Director of Global Performance and Real-time Operations, where Ryan oversaw short-term performance plans for North America, and various director and manager positions within operations, finance, and compliance. Prior to American Express, Ryan worked as an Economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
