Shanu is a dedicated Agile Coach and Scrum Master with over 14 years of experience, specializing in transforming challenges into opportunities within the Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors. Currently serving as an Agile Champion at American Express, Shanu leads Scrum events and drives strategic transformation initiatives. Previously, Shanu worked at Tata Consultancy Services, where they significantly improved sprint execution efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction through effective coaching and Agile methodologies.
