Shrey Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and data governance, currently serving as Vice President of Customer 360 at American Express since April 2013. Shrey leads a skilled team to develop an enterprise data platform that enhances customer and supplier onboarding and improves risk and fraud decision-making across various global services. Previous roles include Director of Customer 360 and Sr. Product Owner & Data Governance Manager, focusing on Salesforce solutions to support large sales teams. Prior to American Express, Shrey held positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, managing regulatory reporting platforms, and at Infosys, contributing to the Application Management System for Microsoft.
