Sian Pullen

Sian Pullen is currently a Senior Product Manager in Digital Acquisition at American Express, specializing in Refer a Friend and Member get Member experiences. Sian previously held the position of Senior PM in Loyalty, where they managed a diverse portfolio and delivered business value through effective prioritization. With extensive experience in relationship management and program management, Sian has also held senior roles at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where they developed the Loyalty Programme strategy for the Flying Club, and at Boundless, where they led partnerships to optimize revenue streams. Earning a Joint B.A. Honours Degree in English and Theology from the University of Nottingham, Sian is a certified SAFe Agile PO/PM.
