Sumit Batra

Sumit Batra is currently the National Collection Manager at American Express, overseeing collections in India and the ANZ market. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Sumit has held leadership positions at various organizations, including as VP of National Tele Collections at Fullerton India and Regional Collection Manager at ICICI Bank. Sumit began their career as a Process Associate at GECIS and later managed customer assistance at E Serve International within Citi Group. Sumit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from SGTB Khalsa College, Delhi University.
